...and i am currently looking at some lens adapters (macro and wide angle)...still not cheap, but WAY cheaper than new lenses and i think i can make them work. hell, i've made the kit lens work thus far, so adapters can't be too hard to work with :D
my advice (not that you asked for it) would be to learn the equipment you have 110% before getting more. when i got my camera, i planned to wait 1 year before i got any accessories so that i knew it inside out. after 6 months, i felt like i knew my camera really well and it was my birthday, so i did get a new lens as a gift. i haven't really had a chance to use that yet and am still discovering new tricks with my kit lens that i hadn't yet discovered :)
